Alors que la situation est très compliquée pour de nombreux mareyeurs suite à la fermeture des restaurants durant le confinement, ainsi que pour les quelques pêcheurs qui travaillent encore à Marseille, Aurelien Bergeron défend bec et ongles sa filière. À la tête du seul élevage de loups (appellation locale du bar) bio de France, il fait partie des entreprises qui ont su traverser la crise, malgré quelques semaines plus difficiles. Depuis l'archipel du Frioul, il distribue environ une tonne de poissons par semaine, notamment via les célèbres marchés de Rungis et de Boulogne qu'il livre deux fois par semaine. Convaincu d'une demande croissante de produits locaux et de qualité, il tient son entreprise et ses cinq salariés à bout de bras, réalisant lui-même le prélèvement, le conditionnement et l'étiquetage de ses poissons.

While the situation is very complicated for many fish merchants following the closure of restaurants during the confinement, as well as for the few fishermen who still work in Marseille, Aurelien Bergeron defends his industry tooth and nail. At the head of the only organic wolf farm in France, he is one of the companies that have managed to get through the crisis, despite a few weeks of harder times. From the Frioul archipelago, he distributes about a ton of fish a week, notably via the famous markets of Rungis and Boulogne, which he delivers twice a week. Convinced of the growing demand for local, quality products, he keeps his company and his five employees at arm's length, taking care of the harvesting, packaging and labelling of his fish himself.
