Camille Baggio, Cheffe du restaurant La Parenthèse, a pu maintenir un petit service le midi pour les professionnels du Marché d'Interet National (MIN). Simon Carlier, Chef du restaurant Solide, cuisine pour les toulousains qui aiment à se faire livrer. Willy Camboulain, Chef du restaurant Barricot au sein de l'hotel Mercure à compans, cuisine pour les professionnels et les clients de l'hotel. Annet Teich, Cheffe du Restaurant BK, n'a pas pu réouvrir son établissement pour le moment. Théo Mandement, Chef de Jour de marché, a maintenu une activé grace aux plats qu'il prépare pour la vente à emporter. Enfin, Corry Lacourt, Cheffe du Poele de la bête, n'a pas pu cuisiner pendant toute la durée du confinement.
