VOLCAN LA PÉTÉ !
Le Piton de la Fournaise attire de nombreux touristes en temps normal. Il devient une attraction encore plus incontournable lorsqu'il entre en éruption, comme ce fut le cas du 19 septembre au 5 octobre 2022. Cette fois-ci, le phénomène explosif était visible depuis le Piton de Bert, à environ 1h30 de marche depuis le parking Foc-Foc. Au moment du coucher de soleil, le volcan est particulièrement photogénique.
THE FLOOR IS LAVA
The Piton de la Fournaise attracts many tourists in normal times. It becomes an even greater attraction when it erupts, as was the case from September 19 to October 5, 2022. This time, the explosive phenomenon was visible from the Piton de Bert, about 1h30 walk from the Foc-Foc parking. At sunset, the volcano is particularly photogenic.
