Laulhère, le béret français depuis 1840
Entreprise historique du béret, Laulhère à Oloron Sainte-Marie, a remporté fin avril 2016, l'appel d'offres pour 4 ans de l'Armée française. Une tradition, un savoir-faire pour cette production en Béarn.
Il fournira jusqu'à 150 000 bérets aux militaires (un minimum de 60 000), déclinés en quatre modèles : le 1995 pour l'armée de terre, l'alpin pour les troupes alpines, le commando pour les parachutistes, le fusilier pour les fusiliers marins et les fusiliers commandos.
Avec les différentes tailles de tour de tête, LAB devra fournir 81 bérets différents, confectionnés intégralement dans son atelier d'Oloron-Sainte-Marie, près de Pau dans le Béarn.
Un bel artisan français. Laulhère fabrique de bérets en pure laine vierge mérinos à Oloron-Sainte-Marie depuis 1840, le dernier en France. Sa branche militaire a obtenu en 2011 l'agrément OTAN avec plusieurs armées dans le monde.
La marque historique de bérets Laulhère vient d'ouvrir une boutique à Paris, rue du Faubourg St Honoré en prenant le pari du béret de mode et de luxe.
