J'ai commencé une série de reportages sur les acteurs de mon territoire, les Corbières. Je vais rester dans un périmètre d'environ vingt kilomètres autour de chez moi.
Jan Chataigné est boulanger dans les Corbières depuis 18 ans. Installé dans les montagnes au dessus du petit village de Caunettes-en-Val, il fait du pain deux fois par semaines pour les vendre ensuite sur les marchés les plus proches.
LOCAL - Baker
#LOCAL: will the covid-19 experience teach us to consume locally? Or will we continue as before?
I started a series of reports on the actors of my territory, the Corbières. I will stay within a radius of about twenty kilometers around my home.
Jan Chataigné has been a baker in the Corbières for 18 years. Installed in the mountains above the small village of Caununits-en-Val, he bakes bread twice a week and then sells them in the nearest markets.
