FRANCE - TOURS, SECHERESSE SUR LA LOIRE
En cet été 2022, la sécheresse sévit sur toute la France et le niveau des rivières est au plus bas. La Loire, n'est pas épargnée et certaines parties de son lit laissent apparaître d'importantes bandes de sables. On la traverse désormais facilement à gué et ses rives sont totalement asséchées, à tel point que les arbres perdent leurs feuilles roussies et que l'herbe y est totalement brulée par le soleil.
FRANCE - TOURS, DROUGHT ON THE LOIRE
In this summer of 2022, the drought is raging all over France and the level of the rivers is at its lowest. The Loire is not spared and some parts of its bed show important sand bands. It is now easy to ford the river and its banks are totally dry, so much so that the trees are losing their scorched leaves and the grass is totally burnt by the sun.
