LES MINEURS ISOLÉS DU CAMPEMENT DES CHARTREUX TROUVENT REFUGE À L’ÉGLISE SAINT POLYCARPE
Depuis l'installation des premières tentes en janvier dernier au jardin des Chartreux, plus de 250 mineurs en recours devant le juge des enfants survivent toujours sur le campement dans des conditions catastrophiques. Les bénévoles du collectif soutiens migrants Croix-Rousse aident les jeunes à survivre sur le campement et relaient des appels aux dons face à l'inactions des institutions. En effet, le constat est honteux : en 10 mois d'alertes et de mobilisations aucune solution n'a été proposée ni par la métropole ni par la préfecture. Dans la deuxième ville la plus riche de France, nos institutions assument de laisser se dérouler une crise humanitaire où plus de 250 mineurs isolés sont à la rue. Face aux températures hivernales, les jeunes ont trouvé refuge dans l'église Saint Polycarpe, qui soutient leur mise à l'abri.

Since the installation of the first tents last January in the Chartreux garden, more than 250 minors who are appealing to the juvenile judge still survive in the camp under catastrophic conditions. The volunteers of the migrant support collective Croix-Rousse help young people to survive on the camp and relay appeals for donations in the face of inactions from institutions.
