Le Caravanserail : un bus de voyage en 3D. Le bus propose des films de voyages réalisés sur les continents africain et d'Amérique du Sud. La particularité de cette structure (mise en place par le collectif d'artistes Alternative nomade) réside dans sa conception technique : les images sont projetées par plusieurs video projecteurs sur des miroirs, installés tout autour du bus, qui reflètent ainsi en retour les images sur les vitres du bus. Si bien que lorsque le spectateur est installé dans le bus, il a l'impression de voyager tout en restant physiquement immobile. Des images de vie, de parcours en pirogue, d'atterrissages en avion défilent. Totalement immergé, le spectateur vit pleinement ce "film documentaire en 3 dimensions". Autour du bus est construit un chapiteau sous lequel on peut se reposer dans un coin marocain et y boire le thé, regarder les diverses expositions de photos ou installations artistiques qui jalonnent les parois du chapiteau. D'autres spots de projection de films documentaires habillés de performances sonores viennent compléter le film 3D. Paris et Avignon (2004, Màj 2016)

Last adjustments backstage befor the opening of the bus. The Caravanserai : A nomad bus in 3D experience. The bus shows different documentary movies about the trip, being on the road. The films were shooting in African or South America continents. The distinctive characteristic of this initiative (leading by the collective of artists Alternative Nomade) resides in its technical conception : firstaval, the film is shown by several projectors on mirrors put all around the bus. After which, the film is reflected in the windows of the bus. The spectators sitting on the bus have the impressions of being on the road, living a trip even when they are physically still, motionless. Images of life, dugout lap, plane landing. Deeply submerged by the experience, the spectator do lives this documentary movie in 3D. Around the bus is settled a kind of big top where we can have a rest in the moroccan area, drink tea, have a look to different photo exhibitions.
