Le samedi 4 mai 2024, à 5 semaines des élections européennes, la mairie de Fontainebleau organise une cérémonie officielle de remise solennelle des cartes d'électeurs aux jeunes majeurs inscrits sur les listes électorales, en présence de leurs familles. En présence du Maire Julien Gondard et du ministre délégué à la santé et à la prévention, Frédéric Valletoux, un discours est prononcé pour rappeler aux jeunes électeurs que, aujourd'hui plus que jamais, il est essentiel de réaliser la chance de bénéficier du droit de voter. Et que ce droit s'accompagne d'un devoir citoyen : celui d'exprimer sa voix et de voter.

On Saturday 4 May 2024, 5 weeks ahead of the European elections, Fontainebleau Town Hall is organising an official ceremony to hand out voter registration cards to young people who have come of age and are registered to vote, in the presence of their families. In the presence of the Mayor, Julien Gondard, and the Minister for Health and Prevention, Frédéric Valletoux, a speech was given to remind young voters that, now more than ever, it is essential to realise the opportunity to benefit from the right to vote. And that with this right comes a civic duty: to express one's voice and to vote.
